Rum Packaging with a Fresh and Authentic Miami Vibe

Florida Rum Company collaborated with CF Napa Brand Design to create Zíami, a new Rum brand that embodies the spirit of Miami. The brand aimed to be fresh, authentic, and true to its Florida roots while seamlessly fitting into any Miami Beach nightclub.

The design team at CF Napa Brand Design faced the challenge of designing a new Rum brand exclusively for the Miami, Florida market. They leveraged the tropical colors that epitomize Miami Beach and the surrounding area to create a visually captivating packaging.

The Zíami rum bottles are screen printed, allowing the rich colors of the rums to shine through the glass. The labels feature a pebble textured silver paper, providing a luxurious and jewelry box-like feel to the branding. The combination of vibrant colors and tactile textures creates an enticing visual and tactile experience for consumers.

Zíami's unique properties lie in its ability to capture the essence of Miami and the flavors of Florida. The Platinum rum, rested in American Oak casks, offers a smooth and exceptional taste, while the Ruby Rush rum incorporates the juicy sweetness of Florida grapefruit. These distinct flavors are reflected in the design, creating a cohesive and immersive brand experience.

The Zíami rum packaging, with its tropical colors, luxurious textures, and authentic Florida vibe, has been recognized for its excellence. In 2019, it was awarded the Bronze A' Design Award in the Packaging Design category. This prestigious award honors designs that exhibit strong technical and creative skills, contributing to quality of life improvements and making the world a better place.
